“I want to go into entrepreneurship by introducing business into the local music industry. This involves having a corporate identity and being taken more seriously.”
Nameless

“I hope to lead a healthier life by keeping fit. I will be working out on a regular basis and eating healthy food. As the East Africa Breweries Limited responsible drinking ambassador, I’m now more cautious when it comes to drinking alcohol ”
Eric Omondi
“To meet Hollywood superstar Will Smith before March and do cameo on his show.”
Collo Klepto
“I don’t believe in making New Year resolutions per se. In my opinion, people do it because of the hype. But all the same, I plan to be a more successful person in life and career.”
Jaguar
“Hii ndiyo mwaka yangu ya muziki (This is my year for big music). I intend to pursue it more seriously besides working hard at my business and opening up a security company.”
Daddy Owen
“For the youth the time to stand up to be counted has arrived. We made grave mistakes in the past by letting the old guard use us. I hope it won’t happen again in Jesus Name.”
Wahu
“I intend to hang out with my friends more often since I have been concentrating too much on my work and have no time for them. I’ll work out more regularly and eat healthier. I’m already doing so and I hope not to lose momentum by March.”
Habib
“I intend to keep the promises I made to my fans as far as my music is concerned.”
Nonini
“I have too many New Year resolutions but the main one is to take Genge music success to the next level and be able to influence fellow musicians and fans positively.”
Amani

“I haven’t decided on any resolutions yet. The truth is, each time I make them, I end up breaking them.”
Mustapha
“I plan to release some huge hits and make a big change in my life.”
Rat-a-tat
“I’m hoping to venture in movie and music production as well as launching my own clothing line.”
Mitchelle
“I haven’t made one yet. It is one thing that I keep doing each day to see whether it is practical. All the same I would like to be a better person than I am today.”
Mr Lenny

“I am working on releasing my second album. I want to grow as big as possible, God willing.”
Shaffie
“New Year resolutions are easier said than done. I always end up breaking them a few months down the line — and so I never make them.”
Nikii

“To keep working out. A strong body does make for a strong mind. So I shall push myself harder, physically and mentally.
Musically, I am working on a new album under my own record label StellarScape Records, and the first single I’m leaving will be out next week. I’m going to be more consistent with music, and release a lot more than I have done in the past.
Financially, I shall literally be counting the pennies so no unneccesary spending. Spiritually, it has been a tough year and I hope to get closer to God in 2010. 2009 was full of lessons and some lessons almost broke me, simply because I lost my focus on the things that matter.
Finally, I shall grow and be more aggressive with the things I want to achieve in my career. I’m daring to push my boundaries and stop defining what I can’t do, but rather what I can and shall do.
Ciku
“I want to learn how to fire a gun. So I can become Ciku, the next action hero babe!”
Big Pin
“I intend to focus more on my album release which is long overdue.
