Kenyan artistes to appear in MTV series
By SD • Oct 1st, 2009 • Category: Word AroundSeveral Kenyan artistes will appear in MTV Staying Alive Ignite TV series that is aimed on nudging the youth to modify their sexual habits.
Gospel singer Juliani, Jimmy Gait, Nameless, DJ Adrian, Nonini and his P-Unit group, David Omwange, Anthony Mwangi and form TFP winner Valarie Kimani will appear in the series dubbed “Shuga.”

“The aim of the show is to help the youth take care of themselves in matters of sexuality,” said a source.
The Ignite TV series will premiere on MTV base (DStv Channel 322) and Citizen TV and NTV will broadcast it late in November.
