Everyone is giving different advice. I also went online to Diamond Exchange and Jogia Diamonds two of the web sites advertised on GOOGLE. The problem is that the price is so good but the jewellers tell me that these sites sell all the lucky call imported stones. that is diamonds that can't sell in America because the quality is actually not right. Is it better to buy and spend a little more at a jeweller or take a chance and wait for the stone to get sent from overseas? I have heard of some nightmares with these sites. Any advice?
