Musician CMB Prezzo is recuperating after he was shot by thugs near his home on Tuesday night.

The rapper was in the company of two friends when the incident occurred at Kilimani Nairobi during early hours of the morning.

Prezzo was driving to his home in Kilimani, when a Toyota his car from behind, prompting him to get out and confront the four men who were in it.

The gangsters then carjacked the singer and drove off with him towards Jogoo highway.

“They drew guns and ordered Prezzo to surrender everything he had, including his expensive chains. As he resisted one of the gang members shot him on his lift ear,” Said a source.

After robbing him the gang abandoned him in Buruburu shopping centre and drove off in a waiting car. He was taken to hospital where he was admitted and discharged.
